Job summary

Terzo Enterprises is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee intake, inspection, and outbound operations for pallet refurbishing. The role ensures safety, quality, and productivity while meeting customer criteria in a fast-paced production setting.

The candidate will direct plant personnel, interview and train staff, and manage shipping schedules with a focus on efficiency and cost control. This is an on-site position with potential weekend work.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old required.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing or logistics experience.
• 1–2 years of management experience focusing on leadership and planning.
• Frequent lifting of pallets (75–85 pounds) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct daily supervision of plant personnel to achieve objectives and ensure safe, clean operations.
• Interview, select, and train employees.
• Train and motivate personnel for increased effectiveness in performing duties.
• Manage shipping and receiving schedules to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Supervise inbound/outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop daily plans for allocating equipment to jobs and optimize usage.
• Coordinate with maintenance for forklift and sortation equipment maintenance.
• Maintain production records and perform quality audits.
