Job summary

ModWash in Longwood, FL, is hiring for a Guest Experience role. You will deliver exceptional customer service, educate guests on package options, and drive membership sales while ensuring a clean, welcoming location.

The role requires an outgoing, energetic demeanor, the ability to work evenings/weekends, and comfort working outdoors in all weather. Base pay plus commission, paid training, and employee car washes are included.

You’ll work as a team to drive membership sales while ensuring each guest has an outstanding experience to help grow the ModWash brand. You’ll educate them on the value and savings of becoming a member and help them select the best package to suit their needs.What you’ll do:Deliver mind blowing customer service.
