• Some heavy lifting will be necessary.

Aufgaben

• Meet production quality, quantity, and safety standards on the shift.
• Act as a liaison between management and plant personnel.
• Assign daily work to maximize shift operations and report disruptions.
• Work with staff to shear and bend rebar, operate overhead crane, load/unload trailers.
• Assist in employee development including training and performance feedback.
