• Minimum of 5 years of rolling mill experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of rolling mill processes and equipment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety leadership efforts across operations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and root-cause investigations.
• Identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Inspect equipment and implement preventive maintenance.
• Define and measure safety KPIs for success.
• Support inventory accuracy and reduce delays.
