Job summary

Nox Metals is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daytime and swing shifts at our Detroit facility. You will own safety, quality, and output, set pace, assign work, and train the team operating saws, CNC, and handling equipment on the floor.

You will report to the General Manager and work hands-on with the team, learning every station, and proactively solving issues to keep production moving. Must have prior supervisory experience in metal fabrication or related fields.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a crew on a factory floor or metals environment.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality in production.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members and enforce standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift safety, quality, and output; own the shift results.
• Assign work, priorities, and keep production on schedule.
• Train and coach team on equipment and safety, and use software to record data.
