Job summary

ADM's ARTCo in Westwego, LA seeks a Shift Lead to coordinate marine terminal operations and lead frontline crews on shift. You will ensure safe, efficient performance of daily activities and maintain regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include coordination of vessel movements, cargo handling, equipment readiness, and continuous improvement, while promoting accountability and teamwork across the terminal.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five years of marine or stevedoring experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency, including HELM and Microsoft Office, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily stevedoring and terminal operations while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Coordinate vessel scheduling, berth assignments, cargo movement, and fleet activities.
• Assign tasks, conduct safety meetings, and monitor crew productivity and quality.
• Coach and provide direction to employees, fostering safety and accountability.
