Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of operational leadership experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Business degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to pass required reporting, testing, and certifications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing terminal team with a focus on safety and accountability.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and capital planning for the terminal.
• Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and adherence to all regulations.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and continuous improvement plans.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and contract compliance.
• Review invoices and manage expenditures to meet financial goals.
• Provide strategic leadership and drive operational excellence.
