Qualifications

• Ability to read CAD/blueprints and interpret specifications.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assign job duties, ensuring KPIs are met and recorded daily.
• Supervise equipment setup and operator performance on production runs.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications and document results.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work area; coach and develop staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues.
