Job summary

WISTRON InfoComm USA Corporation in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Technician Team Lead to oversee a small team on the production floor. You will ensure attendance, coordinate shift coverage, and relay engineering priorities to technicians to keep lines moving.

You will review daily checklists, enforce safety and quality standards, and work with engineers and supervisors to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement. Previous lead experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical certificate.
• Experience on the production floor or in a technical repair environment.
• Prior experience leading a small team or acting as a shift lead preferred.
• Basic understanding of quality systems and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Track and record technician attendance and shifts.
• Coordinate short-term coverage to meet production needs.
• Communicate instructions from engineers to the team.
• Review daily production/point-check checklists for completeness.
• Consolidate and report daily production status and deviations.
• Coach technicians on best practices and troubleshooting methods.
• Escalate employee matters to supervisors/HR when required.
• Maintain shift logs and documentation.
