Job summary

WISTRON INFOCOMM USA CORPORATION is seeking a dedicated Production Assembly Team Lead to oversee daily activities on the Fort Worth Alliance production floor, ensuring goals are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will lead a team of assembly operators, train and coach staff, manage workload, and collaborate with department management to improve efficiency and productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• 3+ years in manufacturing/production; at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Basic understanding of electronic components and assembly processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions.
• Willingness to undergo new training and certifications for assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of assembly operators to meet daily production targets.
• Assign tasks and shift responsibilities among team members, ensuring balanced workloads.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to build skills and promote growth.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct regular quality checks of the assembled products to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, such as equipment malfunctions or workflow bottlenecks.
• Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, team performance, and quality metrics.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations and company policies.
