Job summary

Wistron Infocomm Usa Corporation is seeking a Technician Team Lead to supervise a shop-floor team, track attendance, and ensure on-time production through clear communication of directives and disciplined checklist completion.

The role requires coaching on troubleshooting, fostered teamwork, and close collaboration with engineers, quality, and planning to minimize downtime and maintain throughput.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical certificate; relevant production floor/repair experience.
• Prior experience leading a small team or shift is preferred.
• Basic understanding of quality systems and safety practices.
• Experience with production reporting or data consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians; manage attendance, shifts and handovers.
• Communicate instructions from engineers/supervisors to the team.
• Review daily checklists for completeness and accuracy.
• Consolidate and report daily production status, issues, yield and deviations.
• Maintain knowledge of processes and drive continuous improvements.
• Coach technicians on best practices and troubleshooting.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, safety-focused team culture.
• Maintain shift logs, checklists and production records.
• Collaborate with engineers, quality, planning and supervisors to resolve issues.
