Responsibilities

• Lead ICT/MDA team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing technical guidance.
• Oversee troubleshooting and ensure timely resolution of production line issues.
• Ensure test equipment reliability and minimize impact on production throughput.
• Coordinate with engineers to execute corrective actions, process improvements, and technical escalations.
• Develop and enforce procedures for ICT/MDA test equipment operation and maintenance.
• Support daily production activities and ensure stable manufacturing operations.
• Train and mentor technicians to strengthen team capability in debugging and troubleshooting.
• Report team performance and equipment status to management, escalating critical issues promptly.
