Job summary

Insight is seeking a Maintenance Technician Lead to manage and repair automated material handling equipment at our Fort Worth, TX facility. This onsite role runs from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm and requires hands-on expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.

You will lead by example, prioritize work in a fast-paced environment, and ensure safety while minimizing disruptions to the building and operations.

Qualifications

Minimum high school graduate or GED; trade school preferred; 3–5 years hands-on experience in a commercial facility/physical plant operations.
Certification or Associates Degree from an accredited college or university in Facilities, Engineering, Architectural disciplines a plus.
Lead by example with professionalism and confidentiality; strong leadership acumen.
Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize impromptu work, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair automated material handling equipment and ensure high equipment availability.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance and rapidly troubleshoot equipment breakdowns.
Restore equipment to service to support successful operation of the facility.
Maintain a safe and secure working environment and minimize disruptions to business operations.
