• Manage rush periods by directing staff and adjusting coverage.
• Keep customer service as the top priority and ensure on-time clock-out.
• Monitor product quality and coach for improvements.
• Conduct post-rush walkthroughs and prep for next rush.
• Review results and communicate actions to staff.
