Responsabilidades

• Set up the store and ensure everything is ready for each shift.
• Review results, address concerns and set goals for the team.
• Communicate via email, Teams and notes; assist where needed.
• Support training or certifications for the team and manage hiring flow.
• Follow routine checklists for each store position.
• Manage rush periods by directing staff and adjusting coverage.
• Keep customer service as the top priority and ensure on-time clock-out.
• Monitor product quality and coach for improvements.
• Conduct post-rush walkthroughs and prep for next rush.
• Review results and communicate actions to staff.
