Responsibilities

• Set up the store and prepare for the shift.
• Review results, address concerns and set team goals.
• Check communications (email, Teams, notes) and assist where needed.
• Support training and certifications for the team and update hiring flow.
• Follow routine checklists for each store position.
• Manage rush periods, directing and assisting where needed.
• Ensure customer priority and accurate cash handling.
• Monitor product quality and address remakes or issues.
• Post-rush walkthroughs and readiness for next rush.
• Communicate actions to staff after shifts.
