Job summary

DSV is seeking a Supervisor II to oversee production associates on the Builds-B shift (2:00 PM–10:30 PM) at our USA location. The role involves supervising loading/unloading, inventory control, and installation tasks for server racks and components, ensuring safety and policy adherence.

We require a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with 3–6 years in material handling. Background checks and drug testing are mandatory; strong interpersonal and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years’ experience in material handling operations.
• Must pass federal/state/local background checks and drug/alcohol tests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cycle counts, inventory replenishments and material returns.
• Ensure safety measures are followed to protect personnel and property.
• Advise subordinates with questions or problems; monitor work for accuracy and policy conformance.
• Recommend and implement changes to improve efficiency, quality and safety.
• Perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
