Job summary

Taco Bell in Marietta, Georgia is seeking a Shift Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts, ensuring quality food and friendly service. You will lead team members, uphold Taco Bell standards, and help develop others.

This is an hourly managerial role within a Taco Bell franchise. The right candidate will supervise staff, ensure safety and sanitation, and maintain a welcoming dining area for guests.

Qualifications

• Internal promote from Hourly Champion preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass background check and drug test
• Reliable transportation required
• Able to do basic business math
• Able to stock shelves and coolers
• Able to oversee and guide employees
• Able to sweep/mop floors, dust shelves and lift and carry trash containers
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds around the restaurant
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop during 90% of shift

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct subordinate employees on shift
• Ensure team completes duties and serves safe, quality food in a friendly manner
• Maintain a safe, clean restaurant environment for staff and customers
• Tolerate standing and lifting up to 50 lbs; perform light cleaning tasks as needed
• Support Restaurant General Manager in managing shift operations
