Taco Bell Corp. is seeking a Shift Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts, meeting Taco Bell standards, and solving problems with a smile.

You take ownership and help others while ensuring Team Members complete duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. A successful candidate will have leadership skills, be able to supervise staff, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves and coolers, and contribute to a safe, welcoming restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Internal promotion from Hourly Champion preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to perform basic business math.
• Able to stock shelves and coolers.
• Able to oversee and direct subordinate employees.
• Able to sweep/mop, dust, lift trash and maintain cleanliness.
• Able to sweep and mop floors and handle physical tasks up to 50 lbs.
• Able to clean exterior areas including parking lot and grounds.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager by running shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards.
• Take ownership of problems and solve them with a positive attitude.
• Ensure Team Members complete duties and serve safe, quality food.
