Sizzling Platter LLC in Harlingen, TX is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily Little Caesars restaurant operations. You will guide crew members, coach teammates, ensure food quality and guest satisfaction, and act as the lead on duty during your shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Crew Members during shifts to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Provide coaching, direction, and real-time feedback to team members
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally
• Ensure product quality, accuracy, and presentation meet company standards
• Monitor and enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting
• Delegate tasks effectively to maintain productivity during peak business periods
• Support training and onboarding of new team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Step into Crew Member responsibilities as needed to support operations
