Sizzling Platter LLC in Harlingen, TX is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily Little Caesars restaurant operations. You will guide crew members, coach teammates, ensure food quality and guest satisfaction, and act as the lead on duty during your shift.

Position Summary

The Shift Lead supports daily restaurant operations by guiding team members, ensuring operational standards are met, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role acts as the leader on duty and works closely with management to maintain performance, quality, and service standards.

Compensation

Pay Range: $7.25 per hour – $9.25 per hour Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, location, and business needs. This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Physical Requirements
