Job summary

Take 5 Car Wash in Bartlett, TN is seeking a Shift Lead to help ensure every shift runs smoothly by supporting the team and delivering a great customer experience. You’ll engage with customers, assist with daily operations, uphold site standards, and step in to lead the team when management is not on-site to ensure both staff and customers are assisted.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a positive, friendly experience.
• Promote unlimited wash memberships and other offerings to drive engagement.
• Direct vehicles safely into the wash tunnel and prepare vehicles for washing.
• Monitor equipment, identify malfunctions and report issues.
• Lead the team during shifts and manage opening/closing procedures when needed.
• Inspect vehicles for wash quality and uphold Sparkle Assurance standards.
