Job summary

Mo Bettahs is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily operations, support Team Members, and step into leadership roles when managers aren’t present. You will help ensure fast, accurate service, uphold quality standards, and contribute to a positive guest experience on every shift.

The role includes coordinating team efforts, handling customer relations, and maintaining restaurant standards while supporting the General Manager or MIT as needed. Flexible scheduling is available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in US.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift and ensure smooth operation in absence of GM/MIT.
• Ensure compliance with company standards across operations, including product prep, delivery, and maintenance.
• Assist with customer relations, team management and delivering fast, accurate service.
