Sizzling Platter LLC in Draper, UT is seeking a Shift Lead to guide team members and uphold quality and service standards. The role acts as the leader on duty, coordinating daily restaurant operations and ensuring a fast, friendly guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have restaurant or leadership experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a busy environment. Applicants should be flexible for evenings and weekends.

• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support Crew Members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide coaching, direction, and real-time feedback to team members.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure product quality, accuracy, and presentation meet company standards.
• Monitor and enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting.
• Delegate tasks effectively to maintain productivity during peak business periods.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Step into Crew Member responsibilities as needed to support operations.
