You’ll open and close, run the line, train cooks, ensure quality on every plate, and log waste. You’ll learn ordering, inventory, labor management, and health code compliance on the path to KM, working directly with ownership.

We're a high-volume sports bar and restaurant, and we're looking for a Shift Lead who wants more than a shift. This role is our development track to Kitchen Manager. We'd rather grow our next kitchen leader from inside than hire one from the outside, and we'll invest in the right person to get them there.

If you've been running the line at your current job and nobody is teaching you the business side, this is your opportunity.

What you'll do now

• Own opening and closing procedures
• Run and direct the line during your shift
• Train and coach new cooks
• Check quality and consistency on every plate that leaves the window
• Make sure all waste is logged by end of shift

What you'll learn on the path to Kitchen Manager

• Ordering, inventory, and vendor management
• Food cost and waste control, and how they affect the bottom line
• Scheduling and labor management
• Hiring, training, and leading a full kitchen team
• Health code compliance and inspection readiness
• Working directly with ownership and management on kitchen decisions
