Chestnut Land Company franchisee of Auntie Anne’s Soft Pretzels is hiring a Shift Leader at Hanes Mall in Winston-Salem. You will direct operations in the absence of the GM and Assistant Manager to uphold food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.

Responsibilities include prepping, baking, serving pretzels; greeting customers; monitoring breaks and scheduling; training new employees; must be 18.

Job Summary

The Shift Lead’s responsibility is to direct the operation of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and workplace safety within the Auntie Anne’s Pretzels.
