LV Petroleum LLC is seeking a Shift Lead for our Jimmy John's restaurant located inside a travel center. You will support daily operations, coach team members, and ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service for guests.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs as needed.

• Help maintain inventory, stocking, and overall restaurant organization.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Support management with daily operational goals and team development.
