LV Petroleum is hiring Shift Leads for the Jimmy John's at our travel center. You will support daily operations, coach team members, and help ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service for every guest.

We seek strong leaders who thrive in high-energy environments, lead by example, and are passionate about delivering superb customer experiences. Prior restaurant or customer service experience is helpful; flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support team members during assigned shifts
• Ensure guests receive outstanding customer service and accurate orders
• Help maintain Jimmy John's standards for food quality, speed, and cleanliness
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and shift operations
• Train and coach team members on company procedures and service expectations
• Delegate tasks and help maintain productivity during busy periods
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and operational standards
• Help maintain inventory, stocking, and overall restaurant organization
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
• Support management with daily operational goals and team development

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30-50 lbs as needed
