LV Petroleum LLC is hiring a Shift Lead for the Jimmy John’s restaurant located inside our travel center. You will support daily operations, coach team members, and help ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Positive attitude, reliability and strong work ethic.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members during shifts.
• Ensure guests receive outstanding service and accurate orders.
• Maintain Jimmy John's standards for food quality, speed and cleanliness.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and shift operations.
• Train and coach team members on procedures and service expectations.
• Delegate tasks and maintain productivity during busy periods.
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and operational standards.
• Help maintain inventory, stocking and restaurant organization.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Support management with daily goals and team development.
