Job summary

LV Petroleum is hiring Shift Leads for the Jimmy John's at our travel center. You will support daily operations, coach team members, and help ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service for every guest.

We seek strong leaders who thrive in high-energy environments, lead by example, and are passionate about delivering superb customer experiences. Prior restaurant or customer service experience is helpful; flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members during assigned shifts.
• Ensure guests receive outstanding service and accurate orders.
• Maintain standards for food quality, speed, and cleanliness.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and shift operations.
• Train and coach team on procedures and service expectations.
• Delegate tasks to maintain productivity during busy periods.
• Monitor food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, and restaurant organization.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Support management with daily goals and team development.
