Job summary

Smoothie King in Mansfield, TX is seeking a Shift Leader who can inspire a fast-paced, friendly team and deliver exceptional guest experiences every shift.

You will support the General Manager in daily store operations, lead and motivate team members, ensure consistent product quality, handle deposits, inventory, and POS duties, and maintain a clean, health‑and‑safety compliant environment while driving sales.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in retail or food service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Comfortable making decisions and delegating responsibilities.
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Lead and motivate team members during assigned shifts.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience by providing friendly, efficient service.
• Maximize sales performance while helping drive store profitability.
• Complete opening and closing procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and make bank deposits.
• Assist with inventory management and product ordering.
• Ensure smoothies and food items are prepared consistently according to Smoothie King standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe environment.
• Enforce company policies, operational standards, and all applicable health and safety regulations.
• Train, coach, and provide feedback to team members to promote continuous improvement.
• Foster a positive, energetic, and team-focused workplace culture.
