Job summary

Interstate – A Premier Facility Services Provider is seeking a dedicated Shift Lead to manage cleaning operations at client sites in Cressona, PA. This full-time role requires self-motivation, independence, and teamwork to ensure high standards across educational, office, and healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, performing cleaning tasks, and training new hires while maintaining a safe work environment. English fluency is required; Spanish bilingualism is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of chemicals & equipment.
• Fluent in English (read, write, communicate); bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Able to lift 50lbs independently and ability to bend.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, vacuum, sanitize, and disinfect bathrooms, breakrooms, and other areas.
• Dust and wet mop floors.
• Remove trash and replace liners.
• Train new employees as directed.
• Respond to emergency calls and resolve problems.
• Lead and motivate staff at assigned account.
