Westlake Pipe & Fittings is hiring a Relief Operator to cover breaks and absences in our Injection Molding area in Brownsville, Texas. You will support Molder Operators, set up weight scales, verify labels and packaging, and maintain 5S standards on the line.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and basic math skills, with prior manufacturing experience preferred. The role is full-time, on-site, with day shift opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills and counting ability.
• Ability to read and comprehend sufficient English to follow work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Relieve Molder Operators for breaks, lunches, and absences.
• Assist with erecting finished product cases/cartons and labeling.
• Maintain 5S standards and ensure accurate packaging and labeling.
