Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with PLC-controlled machinery and electrical systems.

• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair manufacturing equipment with PLC expertise.
• Oversee shift production to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Lead and coordinate shift staffing and attendance.
• Ensure SOP compliance and safety policies.
• Maintain a total productive maintenance program per manufacturer procedures.
• Support lean initiatives and DMAIC projects.
