• Prior supervisory experience in foodservice or retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, thank them, and invite repeat business.
• Perform cashier duties: ring up sales, apply promotions, ensure accuracy.
• Provide fast, friendly service and promote products/services.
• Maintain store cleanliness on sales floor, coolers, pumps, and foodservice areas.
• Stock, rotate, and label shelves and displays.
• Manage food service and beverage programs to maximize sales.
• Check in vendors and communicate as needed.
• Lead completion of key store tasks and support special projects.
• Assist with schedule adjustments and inform Store Manager.
• Coach and motivate team members with Store/Asst Managers.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
