Jacksons is seeking a reliable Shift Lead / Head Cashier to oversee daily store operations during assigned shifts. You’ll lead by example, deliver outstanding customer service, mentor team members, and ensure smooth operations across the floor, checkout, and foodservice areas.

The role requires flexible availability for a 24/7 operation, previous supervisory experience in retail or foodservice, and a passion for customer service.

Mansioni

• Greet every customer with a smile and invite them back.
• Perform cashier duties, including ringing up sales and applying promotions.
• Provide fast, friendly service and promote products and services.
• Maintain store cleanliness across sales floor, coolers, pumps, and foodservice areas.
• Stock, rotate, and label shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Manage food service and beverage programs to maximize sales and compliance.
• Check in vendors and communicate as needed.
• Lead completion of key store tasks and support special projects.
• Assist with schedule adjustments and communicate changes to the Store Manager.
• Partner with Store and Assistant Managers to coach and motivate team members.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (alcohol, tobacco, Lotto).
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
