Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a smile, thank them for their business, and invite them back
• Perform cashier duties, including ringing up sales, applying promotions, and ensuring accuracy
• Provide fast, friendly service and promote store products and services
• Maintain store cleanliness, including sales floor, coolers, pumps, and foodservice areas
• Stock, rotate, and label shelves, coolers, and displays
• Manage food service and beverage programs to maximize sales and compliance
• Check in vendors and communicate as needed
• Lead completion of key store tasks and support special projects
• Assist with schedule adjustments and communicate changes to the Store Manager
• Partner with Store and Assistant Managers to coach and motivate team members
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (alcohol, tobacco)
• Perform additional duties as assigned
