Job summary

Domino’s Pizza in Branson, MO is seeking a dependable Shift Lead to guide the team and keep the store running smoothly during shifts. Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous restaurant, retail, customer service, or leadership experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, team members, and management.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Willingness to learn and follow Dominos standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations during assigned shifts.
• Direct team members and keep everyone focused on shift priorities.
• Assist customers at the front counter and pickup window.
• Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
• Take and process orders accurately.
• Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to Dominos standards.
• Monitor food quality, order accuracy, and service speed.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe store.
• Delegate cleaning, stocking, and operational tasks.
• Follow up to ensure assigned tasks are completed.
• Coach team members on proper procedures and performance expectations.
• Help train and support new team members.
• Manage workflow and adjust priorities during busy periods.
• Support a positive, respectful, and accountable team environment.
• Follow and help enforce company policies, food safety standards, and operating procedures.
• Assist with cash handling and shift accountability.
• Communicate important shift information to store management.
• Support the management team with daily store operations.
