Ideal candidates are 1–2 years in hospitality with leadership potential, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. This on-site role offers growth as the team delivers quality, on-brand service every shift.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset.
• Leads by doing, not just directing.
• Stays calm and makes quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and run operations when management isn’t on site.
• Fill in across roles—cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room.Deliver fast, accurate service and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and motivate crew to perform at their best.
• Help train new team members and foster a positive culture.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards.
• Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports.
