Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations when management isn’t on site.
• Jump into cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room roles.
• Deliver fast, accurate service and great guest experiences.
• Coach and motivate crew members to perform their best.
• Help train new team members and build a positive culture.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards.
• Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports.
