Five Guys is seeking a Shift Leader in Lewisville, TX to guide daily operations and set the tone for each shift. You’ll work side-by-side with the team, stepping into cashier, grill, prep, and dining room roles to keep service fast and accurate.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred).
• Basic math and comfort using POS systems.
• Ability to lead by example and communicate clearly under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and run operations when management isn’t on site.
• Jump into cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room roles as needed.
• Deliver fast, accurate service and create a great guest experience.
• Coach and motivate crew members to perform at their best.
• Help train new team members and build a strong culture.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards.
• Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports.
