Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality guest service.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Experience leading a small shift or team when needed.
• Demonstrated upselling and product recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift of 1–2 cashiers to process cash, credit and debit transactions.
• Complete end-of-shift reports and close out procedures.
• Monitor compliance for sale of restricted merchandise (alcohol, tobacco).
• Keep a clean, organized work area and assist guests promptly.
• Use product knowledge to promote items and maximize sales.
• Address guest concerns following company guidelines; escalate when needed.
• Assist with other travel center tasks and maintain restrooms and deli areas.
• Support guests and team members to ensure a high level of service.
