Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is seeking a Shift Leader in Forest Grove, OR to provide management coverage during operating hours, supervise team members, and ensure safety and food quality while delivering fast, friendly service.

You will train staff, open/close duties as needed, and model best practices for cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and adherence to policies. This hourly role supports daily operations and guest experience across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Strong preference for internal promotion who completed required training and certiifications.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role in a service-related business.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Solid oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Good personal hygiene.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Positive, friendly and courteous attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and process payments accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drinks according to standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all areas.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and shift management.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and policies.
