Responsibilities

Support the Restaurant Manager in running day-to-day operations and leading the shift.
Coach team members on service, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness.
Monitor performance, help solve issues quickly, and keep the restaurant running smoothly.
Champion a positive, guest-first culture—ensuring every customer feels welcome.
Help maintain accountability for standards, execution, and continuous improvement.
