Taco Bell Corp. is seeking a dedicated team member to support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts, upholding Taco Bell standards, and guiding Team Members to complete duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.

You will help create a safe, welcoming environment for both Team Members and customers, handle day-to-day shift responsibilities, and contribute to a positive, efficient restaurant operation under franchise guidelines.

Qualificações

• Experience in fast-food or customer service.
• Ability to lead shifts and supervise team members.
• Follows cash handling, safety, inventory and labor policies.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Restaurant General Manager during shifts.
• Ensure Team Members complete all assigned duties and provide friendly service.
• Help maintain food safety and quality; keep the restaurant safe for staff and customers.
• Address issues promptly and guide others to resolve problems.
