Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead to support the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts and upholding Taco Bell standards. You will take ownership, solve problems with a smile, and guide team members to complete duties while maintaining a safe, friendly environment for customers and staff.

You’ll demonstrate leadership, communication, and reliability as you help build a productive team and contribute to a positive dining experience.

Responsabilidades

• Key responsibilities include making sure Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner
• Ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members to work and customers to visit
• Oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
• Able to stock shelves and coolers
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves and lift and carry out trash containers
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 90% of shift time
