Taco Bell franchise location is seeking a Shift Lead to support the Restaurant General Manager by running effective shifts and ensuring standards are met.

You will help Team Members complete duties, uphold food safety and provide friendly service while maintaining a safe work and customer environment. Strong communication with management and adherence to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards.
• Make sure Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
• Ensure the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members to work and customers to visit.
• Solve customer complaints quickly and with a smile.
• Communicate openly and honestly with the Restaurant Management team; follow cash, security, inventory and labor policies.
