Boba Guys is looking for milk tea and coffee enthusiasts who are passionate about quality, radical candor, and giving a damn about good business practices. The Shift Lead position centers on delivering an amazing experience for both team members and guests, guiding Bobaristas to run shifts smoothly and efficiently.

As a Shift Lead you will coach and develop teammates, protect store assets, monitor inventory, and communicate clearly to ensure top service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of work experience.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and delegation abilities.
• Ability to solve problems with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality and service to guests and team.
• Anticipate guest needs and stay ahead in service.
• Be a resource for problem solving, guest relationships, and product quality.
• Deploy the team to maximize speed of service and guest experience.
• Protect store assets by following safety, cash handling, maintenance procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages.
• Communicate essential information clearly and maintain confidentiality as needed.

• Assist store management in training and developing new and existing team members.
