Job summary

ALittle Tea in California is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and ensure exceptional customer service.

You will schedule shifts, manage inventory, train and evaluate employees, track monthly performance, and resolve escalated customer issues to keep the store running smoothly.

You will play a key role in coaching staff, driving sales, and upholding quality standards across our growing Milk Tea network in the region.

Qualifications

• 5 years of manager experience in Coffee Shop or Milk Tea Stores.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with demanding customers.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Strong coaching qualities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team of restaurant workers.
