Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires ServSafe certification or active pursuit.
• Experience leading a restaurant shift and teams.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist RGM with hiring and training of staff.
• Direct shift leaders, trainers and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain high customer service standards and positive culture.
• Enforce brand standards and health/safety regulations.
• Oversee inventory, scheduling and forecasting on shifts.
