Job summary

Qualifications

• Must speak, read, write, and understand English for work with guests and team.
• Must be able to perform basic math and data entry on the POS system.
• Must hold a valid Food Handler’s Card and a valid Alcohol Server Permit.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the restaurant when General Manager or Assistants are unavailable.
• Ensures Elmer's standards and service steps are met through guest interactions.
• Interacts positively with guests and resolves complaints promptly.
• Monitors food quality and service levels across front and back of house.
• Balances cash drawers at shift change and end of night.
